Caffe.com is a trademark of Caffè Bonini S.r.l. Sigma Coffee Pty Ltd is the licensed distributor of Australia trading as Au.Caffe.com

We only accept orders with delivery in Australia and New Zealand. Shipments will be carried out by Australia Post and goods will be shipped within 2 days of receiving your order. Delivery will take between 1-5 days depending on where you are located. In case of missing items in your parcel, we will make another shipment at our cost.

You can buy by credit card, paypal or bank transfer. You will be asked all this while you’re placing your order and no price changing will be involved. If you will have any problems with deliveries, defective products or missing items, please inform us by sending an email to caffe.aust@gmail.com or by calling us at 07 5302 6478

For returns or change of defective goods, the costs of returning the goods from you to us are at your expense, the costs for dispatching again the goods are paid by us.

You may return any unused products in as-new condition for any reason for any reason whatsoever within 14 days after receiving the products for a refund or exchange. You will however be responsible for the cost of freight to return the order to our warehouse plus a 15% restocking fee. We cannot refund products with opened packages or partially used. The refund will cover the goods but not post and packing.

Due to the possibility of multiple purchases at the same time made by multiple users, Sigma Coffee Pty Ltd reserves the right to, once received the order, check the availability of an item and, if is not available, we will immediately inform you.

No liability can be assigned to Sigma Coffee Pty Ltd in case of mistakes made by the customer during the order. You will automatically receive an e-mail for each order you’re going to place. This e-mail will contain all of the data you have entered and the customer can check if everything is correct or not. If you find any mistakes please immediately inform us.

By placing an order on Au.Caffe.com the customer declares to have read the terms and the conditions of sale, all the methods of payment and the purchasing procedure. The customer will receive, by e-mail, all the information to identify the seller and the customer must hold together this information with the contract acceptance, reported on this e-mail.

No damages may be requested from Sigma Coffee Pty Ltd for any delays in repairs or replacements.
